A Deep Breath

So it comes to this. In about 15 hours I will be lining up to start my first marathon.

I've done my roadwork. I've done my laundry. I've checked the battery in my watch. I've picked up my gel packs. I have my timing chip and race number.

67 training runs. 410 miles. 19 weeks. All to get ready for this day.

I think I'm going to throw up.

Putting it in perspective, you ran to Flagstaff Arizona. You didn't fly, you didn't drive, you RAN that distance! Amazing. You're gonna Rock.
