To remember Caesar, who ignored this great advice, I provide you with a link to these handy Latin phrases.

I wouldn't be surprised if you've seen these before - but they're still funny. Among my favorites:

Caesar si viveret, ad remum dareris.

Catapultam habeo. Nisi pecuniam omnem mihi dabis, ad caput tuum saxum immane mittam.

Antiquis temporibus, nati tibi similes in rupibus ventosissimis exponebantur ad necem.
