Here's one of the bad points. In the middle of our stay, scaffolding was erected on our lanai.

It was there until we left. Complaining didn't do any good. If you want to stay at this resort, you might consider renting from one of the agencies that lease privately-owned units. I suspect they don't pull these kind of shenanigans on resort owners.
